How Australian Spatial Analytics is breaking barriers and building futures
We’ve released our first-ever Social Impact Report highlighting our commitment to providing sustainable careers for young neurodivergent adults across Australia. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, ASA is dedicated to empowering them with the training and support they need to thrive in high-demand geospatial and digital engineering professions.
By creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, we’re bridging the gap between neurodivergent talent and industry needs. This Social Impact Report details the initiatives that have enabled our 80% neurodivergent team to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Key highlights in this 2023/2024 Social Impact Report include:
• Employees: we’ve reached over 150 people across Australia
• Wages paid: over $6.9 million
• Hours worked: over 166,000
• On-the-job training: over $1 million invested
• New horizons: opening our Adelaide office
We know neurodiversity can be harnessed to drive innovation and positively impact society. ASA is committed to expanding our reach to empower even more young neurodivergent adults. As part of our mission, we’ll continue to break down barriers and build a more inclusive and prosperous future for Australia.
